The Seahawks have requested permission to speak to Brad Seely, Patriots special-teams coach, according to a report from the NFL Network’s Adam Schefter. Here’s a link to the report from Schefter.

Bruce DeHaven has been Seattle’s special-teams coach for the past two seasons. He came to the Seahawks after coaching under Bill Parcells in Dallas.

Update, 2:07 p.m.: The Patriots do not comment on requests from other teams to speak with their employees.
