
All 32 NFL teams sent representatives to Wake Forest’s March 23 pro day. Eleven Demon Deacons worked out, along with various players from smaller, local area programs:
LB Aaron Curry (6-1 7/8, 255) ran position drills and stood on all of his numbers from the combine. On Thursday, Curry worked out for the Seahawks, and he is expected to make a formal visit to Seattle on Monday. He plans to visit Kansas City on April 4.
S Alphonso Smith (5-8 7/8, 193) stood on all his numbers from the combine with the exception of the vertical jump, in which he recorded 32 inches.
DB Chip Vaughn (6-1 5/8, 220) stood on all his numbers from the combine.
LB Stanley Arnoux (6-0 1/8, 232) posted a 31-inch vertical jump, a 4.37 short shuttle, 7.02 three-cone drill and 20 bench press reps. He kept his 40-yard dash and broad jump numbers from the combine.
K Sam Swank (6-0 5/8, 198) did positional workouts.
