The Nittany Lion expected to be selected the highest in this year’s draft is DE/LB Aaron Maybin. He put on some more weight at the combine and did not run quite as crisply, but he carried the weight better at his pro day. The 6-foot-4 1/8, 250-pounder ran a 4.71 and 4.64 in the 40, had an impressive 40-inch vertical jump, a sterling 10-foot, 10-inch broad jump and his arms measured in at 35 3/4-inch arms.
Here are the other notable prospects from Penn State’s March 18 pro day, which included a total of 20 players and was conducted indoors on FieldTurf:
CB Deon Butler (5-10 3/8, 181 pounds) had a 4.23 short shuttle and kept the rest of his numbers from the combine.
OT Gerald Cadogan (6-5 1/2, 310 pounds), had a 25-inch vertical, an 8-foot, 3-inch broad jump and his arms measured 35 3/4 inches.

DB Anthony Scirrotto (5-11 3/4, 202 pounds) only did the bench press due to an injured hamstring. He put up the bar 11 times.
OL A.Q. Shipley (6-1 1/8, 306 pounds) kept everything from the combine.
