Seattle’s bye week comes in week 7, which should work out better after having the bye week in the fourth week of the season last year, although last season the Seahawks needed to regroup early in the season.
The bye week coming later in the year should serve the team well.
Seattle plays three straight on the road in weeks 10 through 12, facing Arizona, Minnesota and St. Louis in consecutive weeks.

However, Seattle only has one game in the Eastern time zone, at Indianapolis Sunday, Oct. 4.
Seattle also will have to play a cold-weather game, traveling to Green Bay to take on the Packers on Sunday, December 27.
