Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Deion Branch is listed as questionable for the team’s season-opener against the St. Louis Rams on Sunday.
The 30-year-old Louisville product is slowed with a hamstring injury and did not participate in practice the last three days. He appeared in only eight games in 2008 due to injury and had 30 receptions for 412 yards with four touchdowns.
Also listed as questionable is backup free safety C.J. Wallace, who is nursing a rib ailment and has not seen the practice field the last three days.
Not seeing action in Sunday’s contest will be 13-year veteran tackle Walter Jones (knee) and center Chris Spencer (quadriceps). Both are out indefinitely after undergoing surgery.
