The Seahawks are waiting for word on Matt Hasselbeck’s condition.
Seattle’s three-time Pro Bowl quarterback was released from Stanford Medical Center on Sunday evening and joined the team for its flight home from a loss at San Francisco.
He posted on Twitter that he had not seen a doctor as of Monday morning, when ESPN.com reported Hasselbeck had a broken rib.
Coach Jim Mora will address the situation at a press conference Monday afternoon.
Hasselbeck was hit hard in the back by Patrick Willis near the goal line during the first half of the Seahawks’ 23-10 loss. Hasselbeck struggled toward the sideline and took a trainer’s advice to go to the ground before leaving the field to alleviate the pain.
