I'm glad to see so many undefeated teams still around this late in the year. However, I view these top 25 rankings with a skepticle eye. No offense to Cincinnati, Boise, and TCU (they've beat everyone on their schedule), but what would their records be if they played in the SEC or even in the weaker than normal Big 12? It's not so much playing 1 or 2 games a year that they really have to focus on.... it's doing that week after week with no letup. The physical pounding aspect makes a big difference.

That being said, it's exciting to see these three teams ranked highly, but they are in no way the 4th, 5th, and 6th best teams in the land. As far as that goes, there are many other pretenders in the poll. I live in the Big 10 area and I watch many B10 games every weekend. There's not one Big 10 school actually worthy of a top 20 ranking.
