The Seattle Seahawks have waived/injured tight end Jameson Konz and claimed guard Gregg Peat off waivers (Indianapolis).
Renton, Wash. – The Seattle Seahawks have waived/injured tight end Jameson Konz and claimed guard Gregg Peat off waivers (Indianapolis), the team announced this afternoon.

Konz was Seattle’s second of two seventh-round selections (245th overall) in this year’s NFL Draft.

Peat attended Oregon State and started 28 games overall, including 27 consecutive during his time in Corvallis. He was named first-team All-Pac 10 following his senior season in 2009.
