Once again Seahawks shut out of Pro Bowl

No Seahawks players were named to this season’s NFC Pro Bowl roster.

Michael Vick is the NFC’s starting quarterback. Tom Brady will start for the AFC.

Not much of a surprise that the Seahawks were shut out, really. Safety Earl Thomas, who has five interceptions this season, had a chance, but the team’s poor overall play on defense probably hurt him. You could have made a case for Leon Washington as a kick returner, too, and possibly defensive end Chris Clemons (10.5 sacks), but when you’re 6-9, there’s really not a whole lot of room for argument.
