Adam Caplan of FoxSports.com writes that the Seahawks remain interested in Kolb. Paul Domowitch of the Philadelphia Daily News says there will be no Kolb announcement Tuesday. (No surprise there.)
Jason La Canfora reports the Eagles would want a first round pick from Seattle, and that perhaps the Seahawks don’t have a veteran player they want. He also said that no contract talks have taken place between Kolb and other team.
The Cardinals, meanwhile, are working “several fronts” at quarterback according to Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic. It makes sense for them to hold on to some leverage with Kolb by having other options.
Kolb did not show up to the Eagles facility on Tuesday, which is no surprise. We’ve said it for a while: We’d be shocked if Kolb doesn’t wind up in Seattle or Arizona.
The Eagles will probably try to play the NFC West rivals against each other.
