
Seahawks have traded cornerback Kelly Jennings to the Cincinnati Bengals for defensive tackle Clinton McDonald.
Renton, Wash. – The Seattle Seahawks have traded cornerback Kelly Jennings to the Cincinnati Bengals for defensive tackle Clinton McDonald, the team announced this afternoon.
McDonald was Cincinnati’s seventh-round choice (249th overall) in the 2009 NFL Draft and spent that season on the Bengals practice squad. He played in eight games in 2010 after signing to the active roster on November 8 and collected four tackles (one solo).
Jennings was Seattle’s first-round pick (31st overall) in the 2006 NFL Draft. He played in 78 games with 43 starts, with 200 tackles (177 solo) and 47 passes defensed, including a career-high 13 in 2010.
