The Seahawks were coming off a Super Bowl appearance and they held a 42-3 lead over the Giants entering the third quarter, en route to improving to 3-0. The Seahawks gave up 27 points in the fourth quarter of that game, lost 37-6 the next in Chicago and haven’t been an elite team since then.
