Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch will end his holdout and report to Seahawks training camp, according to reports from ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Adam Caplan on Thursday:

According to Schefter, Lynch will not get a new contract from the team:’s Ian Rapoport said the team expected to see its bellcow back soon:

Lynch, 28, announced last Thursday that he intended to hold out from Hawks camp in an attempt to secure a new deal from the team two years into a four-year, $31 million contract.

Head coach Pete Carroll and GM John Schneider remained firm in their stance that the team would not give its star running back a new deal, placing him on the reserve/did-not-report list on Saturday.

Carroll did not confirm the report while speaking with reporters after practice on Thursday, saying he had not heard from Lynch.
